I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-LXBHMKR). Can someone help me figure out why?

We would like to refinance a home we own that is currently a 5/1 ARM (Libor) that will adjust in April 2010.  This home appraised for $850,000 in 2005 and Zillow zestimates it's current worth at $740,000.  We have excellent tenants residing there who would like to purchase the home but because the wife lost her job last spring and has been unable to secure new employment, we were unable to sell it to them previously.  If we have to keep the property until the real estate market improves somewhat, we do not want to be in a 1 year ARM situation.  Is there an option?  Is there additional information you need that would help clarify our finances?

Lew, the max is either 75% or 105% (Maybe 125% if you could find it) but not 80%. What guideline are you quoting at 80%?

You did not get any quotes for your loan request because you are asking to refinance an investment property where loan amount exceeds 80% of the value of he home. The maximum you can refinance is 80% of the value of your home as mortgage insurance is not available for investment properties.
