I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-QRJMYLV). Can someone help me figure out why?

It's just the new order of becoming a new confirmed lender on Zillow.

1) Pay $25

2) Post pandering family photo

3) Fabricate review

4) Post on forum thinking you are clever and get eaten alive

It didn't take him long to have a review stripped and to go into time out....currently just a lender rather than a confirmed lender!

Your LTV is at 117% and most lenders cannot do this loan.  If your loan is currently with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae you can got 125%.  If FHA it does not matter what the LTV is.  Next time you post tell them who your current loan is with.

Hi Chandra,

While there can be a number of reasons... the most common reason seems to be the Loan To Value (LTV) is above what any lenders in your area are able to lend on... at the present time.

May I suggest reviewing you quote request for accuracy in the Loan To Value section and them resubmitting it, if it was in error.

What type of loan do you currently have?  FHA or Conventional?
