I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-XNDVMYP). Can someone help me figure out why?

Zillow is charging the lenders $40 to get a contact from you, and your loan amount is only $60,000.00.  Most of the lenders here won't pay $40 for an anonymous contact, and a $60,000.00 cashout refi in TX is nearly impossible to do thanks to the 3% closing cost limit unless the lender feels like paying a couple of thousand $'s to close it for you.
