I did not get any quotes on my loan request (ZR-YGCGYNN). Can someone help me figure out why?

Please do not respond to this, I just searched my name, which is not a very common name, and found this. This was not written from me. This seems to be an identity theft by someone.

Feel free to send me your information regarding your request and I will personally review it [content removed by moderator] , there are additional options that are not as common, so Zillow wont allow quoting due to the complexity. I would be happy to explore all your solutions with you!

It appears because the co-borrower's credit scores are under most investor's minimum of 600. (620 is better). If you're married, on FHA loans both spouses must be on the loan. I would recommend seeing if there is a way to get the co-borrower's credit looked at. Many times there are erroneous entries that are pulling the scores down.
