Let your agent know and have him/her send you a cancellation form. That way is in writing.

I don't see a listing on your account, so I am guessing your agent has put up a listing of your home. In this case, you should just tell your agent to cancel it or renew if your home coming off the market.

Is this with your Realtor or on Zillow. Ask your Realtor for a printout of the MLS showing that the listing has been withdrawn or is cancelled or whatever is typical in your market. They will then need to go and manually remove it from Zillow.

I do not want to renew my listing at this time...how do I make sure it is cancelled?
