Good morning Mrkthwk & Circling Vulture. This is the second day on market. It's listed by Margaret Miggins at Keller Williams Realty, has anyone asked her about the listing? Regards,

If it wasn't obvious, that was of course a joke.
This split-level was overpriced when first listed in 2006, and at current asking price isn't even for sale. May as well ask $2M; same net effect.

Does it mean that the prices went back to pre-2006 level? Even with Wall Street bonuses, schools, etc. etc. etc. it is still hard to believe...

It's different here, Wall Street bonuses, good schools, real estate only goes up, etc, etc, etc.
This split-level was first listed in April 2006, or almost 4 years ago at $1,299,000, and was listed 5 times at essentially the same price until pulled in May 2009.

I don't get it. The house got re-listed for $1,399 K while it did not sell for $1,250 K last time
