Don't worry, if you hd a Zestimate you'd probably disagree with it. Frankly Zillow does themselves a diservice with the Zestimate feature. Occasionally they get lucky and are in the ballpark, but more often than not they aren't and it frustrates homeowners and Sellers to no end. Count your blessings.

Hi Alyson4 -
We have Zestimates for most, but not all, homes in the country. If we have, we will show Zestimate: None to show Tax Assessment if available. To know why they don't have one, please check them below:
1. We do not have enough public data orsales transactions in a specific county.
2. Properties that are manually created.
3. Vacant land -- we do not calculate zestimates for this home type.
Please check What is a Zestimate for more information.
Thank you.

I don't see a zestimate for my home. I know where it is supposed to be. it says value "none"
