I don't get it: the price is way off from the Zestimate ($52K for a house, really?). What happened?

Can I believe any data on Zillow?

Zillow is an automated property estimating site, so no you absolutely can't rely on their estimates of a property's values. Human beings who have physically walked through a home end up determining its value, which is why when you need an accurate valuation of a property you need to speak to a local real estate agent who has seen the comparable properties in your area.
