Hi Redgranite,

Look at the zestimate chart and look at the light green line which indicates the zip code valuation numbers. It looks like there has been a recent dip, in the zip code, which is most likely why the zestimate was lowered even though you updated the sq ft. Over time, it will correct itself as the market moves back up.

hi, i didn't expect the zestimate to change yet, as i only made the change last week.  but i just thought it was odd that home facts is showing a minus instead of a plus after i added sq ft to the home.

It takes 2 to 4 weeks for changes in home facts to affect the Zestimate.  When did you make the change?
