Joe makes a good point. If 100% financing is REALLY your only option - you can check for eligible towns/counties, etc in GA and throughout the U.S. via the USDA loan program link below that Joe referred to in his response.

Sheila-  Here is an answer from a REAL loan officer.  You are probably not getting any responses b/c you requested 100% financing.  Since VA and the USDA Rural program are really the only options many of us set up our searches to eliminate 100% financing.  If you can put something down, post another request and I am sure you will get some responses.
