Adding updates to your property is a great way to let the public know what you've done to the property. Obviously Zillow hasn't been in your house and like Vince said, our estimate isn't a true value. Your Zestimate may take a few weeks or long to register the changes

What Zillow shows as your value is ONLY an estimate - its not the true value. You will only find that out when you go to sell the property. Your time is better spent not worrying about the constantly changing values of our current real estate market, with or without ZIllow knowing your upgrades. . .





I entered updates yesterday and today but its still showint the same value
