You are going to have to wait 2-3 years currently after your bankruptcy is discharged to be acceptable to lenders. That may change in the future as credit standards are still tightening up.

2 to 7 years after discharge of your bankruptcy, and the same number of years after the foreclosure.

So, most likely not today.

Meanwhile, spend time rebuilding your credit, build up a hefty down payment, money to cover closing costs, and enough for a six month emergency living fund so you can take advantage of lower prices in the next few years.   (A bigger down payment - say 20 to 30%, makes you more attractive to lenders.)

Possibly in 2. To 4 years if you rebuild your credit have good job history money in the bank and you have changed and learned from what happened previously. Also bank wants to see situation will not repeat itself
