Sometimes duplicates (or more) are created when properties are listed for a myriad of reasons.    While Zillow is working to minimize these, in the interim you can figure out the best one by clicking on the "more facts" on the home details page and figuring out which one has the public data.   The other was an accidental creation - ignore it.
