Considering it was fixed within 2 weeks after those posts, and considering it was fixed about two weeks ago, someone is out of touch and hasn't even looked at the search results display mode since.
Besides, out of a typical 15 million visitors to the site, don't you think that about 10 would be "upset" no matter what was offered and no matter what the format? And don't you already know that those that complain the most were the ones that were abusing the site with multiple profiles?
If you want something "improved", don't you think it would be more helpful to state specifically what you want different instead of just "I don't like it"?

Do a search for (anything) sucks and you will find several hits.
I googled zillow new layout sucks and it didn't surprise me there were hits on that search.
