I had a few questions regarding the Year over Year Zillow Reports

Is there Zillow data available that takes the yearly median home price instead of a YOY comparison? What other sorts of data is made available from Zillow?

I already downloaded that chart and everything is available on a month to month median basis, but I need the median for one entire year at a time, Not a YOY comparison with one particular month.  For example, I need the median home price for any given year, I cannot merely calculate the median value of the 12 monthly medians, that would be disingenuous.   do you have the yearly median calculation available?
