Here is another wonderful resource from FTC.gov. Looks like you will need to dispute again.

If you dispute accounts and the creditors do not respond within 30 days, then the credit bureaus will remove the information. However, the creditors can respond after the fact and they will re-appear. So, you need to either dispute them and have the accounts accurately reflected on your credit or hire a legitimate company to help you.

Definitely dispute in writing to ALL Three Bureaus.
In your letter request the removal of the inaccurate data or to supply proof of this creditor information IN WRITING to you within 30 days or they will be in violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act. They will take care of it's removal (if it's not legitimate). You can find a copy of the act in PDF form here:

How were these accounts removed initially? The answer to this question will help us advise you on your next steps.
Sometimes accounts are removed in the wrong way and with the wrong documentation. Be very careful of companies that claim they can clean your credit. There are a lot of tricks in this credit business and unfortunately, the tricks do not have a long life to them.

I had accounts removed from my credit reports. They are back with different info - how
