I have 3 inexpensive properties but only have money to rehab 1. Would a portfolio loan work for us.We thought that maybe as we made repairs we could pay for the repairs, and once a repair was completed we would get reimbursed for that repair, then make the next and so on. We have a long time history of doing flips but are now ready to line one up after the other. Historically, our properties go under contract( once we put them on the market for sale) in less than a month.
