Do a light staging with modern items and take new pictures. Keep the blinds open. Be careful of the camera angle, make sure the photos are level and that the floor or ceiling is not the main focus of the photo.
Get some coordinating brighter colored kitchen items, put a few picures on the walls. Add nice towels, soap holder, and a fake plant in the bathroom. Maybe consider a small table with a small lamp and chair somewhere in the place. Always good to have somewhere to sit for a second.
This is inexpensive really goes far especially with condos and apartments.
The goal is to 1) price it right and 2) market the place with good pictures so you 3) have a nice qualified tenant walk in 4) and say, "this feels like a nice place I want to live here."

There's a lot of rental signs up everywhere I go these days.
Price it competitively = not too high, not too low
Make it attractive - what is nearby, why it's better living there than anywhere else, quiet neighborhood.....etc...get creative
Everyone loves FREE right? Offer the month of February rent free. It's already half way through February anyway and by the time they actually get all the paperwork done you're not really giving away too much.

edit, looked at your profile
now, mind you i don't know a lot of people who come to zillow to find rentals, but
your pics are all dark, the shades are all closed. i call do-over on that listing.
take the pics with all the windows open, if they come out absolutely terrible, throw them on your computer and fix them. you would be amazed the things that brightness and contrast fix. office has a pretty good tool in "picture manager" thats simple and powerful. Gimp is probably the best free software for it(but complex), photoshop if you got it, etc.
it looks like your home is in the middle of an undeveloped field. if the pics are just old, theres nothing you can do, but if Marshall road is in the city, try to get your icon to show in the city. you can re-map it yourself

check out what you're up against and price it accordingly,
list it on Craigslist and in the classifieds,
offer something great like move-in assistance or discounted 1st month or something that you can market(everyone says their appt is beautiful, you need to get people through the door to see that)

PS. Your comps are in the $150K range, not $250K . I would suggest an professional appraisal for a more accurate value if you are serious about selling. . . . .

Have you tried some light staging? Also, try to keep the thermostat at 74 degrees for showings and open curtains so there is ample natural light. Good Luck!

It is definitely in your best interest to list the property with a realtor. Not only will a realtor use their marketing resources to get your listing rented, but they also have contacts in their own database to increase exposure. Hope this helps!

Lower the price.
And if its only on ZIllow, list it with a local Realtor in the MLS. 98% of all sales happen due to Realtors and your local MLS, not secondary sources aka Zillow, etc.
Typical marketing time - and that means average - in California is around 90 days. Unless its priced undermarket it wont sell in two weeks.
