I have upgraded this house as follows: Kitchen:Complete gutting put in new cabinets,new  flooring new walls.new appliances as well as new counter tops.. Bathrooms: new counter tops,new sinks, new flooring and walls.Electrical and Lighting: all new . Plumbing: new under piping under sinks. Decorating and design: New wall coverings with trim.Crown molding as well as baseboards,Texture walls. Updated fireplace. Please notifiy me of the new value of this home located at 3020 E Bismark Rd. Zillow used to have a tool called "owner's estimate" that was useful for getting a rough idea of the value added by upgrades such as the one you describe.  They took the tool off line for a while for revamping - hopefully it will be back in March or April.

I'm not a zillow's employee, It is $93K per Zillow.com
