I have a house for sale. How can I advertise it on Zillow.com?

I have a house for sale in West San Jose butI could not figure out how to post it on Zillow.com.

Can you please help me and show me the steps on how I can accomplish this?

Hi Robert.  Do you have an Agent or are you a For Sale By Owner?  If you are a For Sale By Owner, go to Homes- Create A Listing- then click For Sale By Owner (left side of navigation bar).  If you have are using a Realtor, the Agent can create the Ad for you by clicking the "For Sale by Agent" link.  He/She can and add photos and features in this section.  If using a Realtor you should also ask if they are a Premier Agent with Zillow because this will allow them to showcase your home under the ad space he/she advertises in, which also shows up on Yahoo's Real Estate site.

You can hover over "Homes" at the top of the page and click on "For Sale By Owner" or "For Sale By Agent" which ever applies. It would be a one time charge of $39.95 good for 180 days.

Here are two options if you are doing a FSBO:
1.  Post directly on Zillow ($39.95 for 180 d) as a featured listing.  Also goes to yahoo real estate.   Link.

2. Post on postlets (owned by Zillow).  No charge but not featured. (featured properties sort to the top of list).  Syndicates with many other sites.
