HI Debby,

That is a nice listing in Glen Oaks you have.  Zillow has started charging to put up individual listings but I would think that Prudential has an agreement with them to get their whole feed up at once.  This has come up with a few of our listings at Coldwell Banker as well.  Good luck with this sale!

If your office does not have an agreement with zillow, to list your listings. They might show up, but probably not the way you would want them.

I would just pay to put your listing on the way you would want.
