Unless there is a feeding frenzy, price is what's going to move the house. I say this because what you really need to do is to figure out what your local market currently supports (vice what you "know" is reasonable) and price accordingly.
You can try getting CMAs from a few different brokerages to get a feel for what your local REAs believe your market currently supports, and move forward from there.

It's tough to find a lender who will provide financing on a manufactured home. Your price will have to be low to get it sold fast.

Assuming it is sold on the lot and not a mobile unit? If so, ask a Realtor to list it for you on the MLS. The low price if it is in good condition will get it sold fast.

I have a manufactured home, but I dont know what to do to get it sold fast....??
My manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.... we just remodeled inside and getting ready to remodel the outside, my price is reasonable because of our remodel and its less than 15,000.... I want it to be sold fast but I dont know how?? can anyone help me??
