I agree with the other agent, why not contact either the listing agent or contact an outside agent to represent you? Enlisting an agent to work for you, costs you nothing. Why not have a professional help you along in the process?

I no we have talked to John Lolley. We were just wondering if we could get this house without going threw a realtor. If there was some way we could take up the loan or take payments over. We are very intersted in this house and i no it needs alot of work so but if we could finance it without going threw a bank we would be more than glad to. Just let us no if we have a chance at this and please let us no ASAP.

Is their any particular reason you do not want to deal with a realtor? A realtor is no cost to you can help give you advice and help close the deal without all the hassle. I would be more then happy to get you in touch with an agent in your area!
