I have a signed purchase agreement.We had a signed agreement with contingency on financing and sale of our home. the Seller got another offer with no sale of home contingency. We removed our contingency for sale of our home. ON the agreement we had a closing of June 1st set. Now the seller says that we should be able to close in the next 45 days since the contingency was removed. it is only February right now. they said once the contingency was removed you have to close in a reasonable amount of time.
