Cool then she deserves a Thumbs Up..all's well that ends well
Apologies for seeming to be so lecture prone but IMO you have legit questions, when calm you represent them well and it's important you and those who feel as you do are heard..responded to by Zillow and not people who are pretty sure this is what Zillow thinks does or will do..
We are on the Same Page with Zillow should Respond and are Responsible for their Claims, Products and Services especially one they "Improved"..
They say they do so.........they should

@Tug
absolutely correct, and I need to be better at drawing distinctions between links posted and the content of the link. My comment is purely about the content and I appreciate sunnyview actually highlighting it as it is important tht people understand where many of the Zillow 'rules' come from..

To Not leave any incorrect impressions or interpretation:
IMO
Sunnyview is just providing the Link to where Zillow gives their View/Propaganda/Side whatever....
She in this Post took no side just relayed info.....gave some good help
(The poster can now read what Zillow themselves say)
Just want to be sure none feel any slight was meant by "That's Zillow propaganda and I along with many..." towards Sunnyview
Correct Surbiton? No slight was meant towards Sunnyview?

That's Zillow propaganda and I along with many other people are not prepared to accept such nonsense anymore. Who are they to make rules regarding their imposition of BS valuations on private property and then to refuse any dialogue when questioned.

If the house is not listed for sale and has public information listed and a Zestimate listed, I do not think that Zillow will remove it from the site by request. They explain it more here.
If the home facts information listed for your house is incorrect or there are old listing photos that you want removed, you can claim your house with the yellow edit pencil on the main home page and edit/remove them.
Doing that will not remove the house from the site, but will make the home page more accurate and will allow you to make the edits that you can make as an owner.

Then they will not remove it from what I've seen them say....
....
If you wish to discuss that Directly with a Staff Person from Zillow then Email Russ Hatfield (His Profile) Russ Hatfield Zillow Customer and Community Support where you can just hit the "Contact" and explain your concern or views about the Property not being removed..

If it's just your Property/Info posted so they can Slap an Zestimate on it then they will not remove it because blah blah blah..
If it's Listed for Sale then there may be something you can do to have that changed (Remove the For Sale sign) but they will most likely still leave the Property & Info so they can put their Zestimate on it because Blah Blah Blah
That's why you are being asked if it is marked as For Sale or if it's just another Property not For Sale that Zillow has placed on their Site to promote their Zestimate....
Is it Listed as for Sale?....or...Is it just there (Not marked as for Sale) with a Zestimate ?

Is your house listed for sale on Zillow? Or is it just listed with public information?

I have asked Zillow about 8-10 months age to remove this listing and it has not been done, why?
