Have you owned the mobile home or are you renting? To be considered a first time homebuyer you cannot have owned a home in the past three years of the new purchase. Hope this helps!

If you own the mobile home where you've been living, no, you do not qualify as a first time buyer. A mobile home is a qualified primary residence, it is not specific for stick built houses or condos.

I have been living in a mobile home for the past 7 yrs, do I quaify as a first time home buyer?
