I have been quoted something called a bank fee for my HARP refi. What exactly is that?

There is also a fee called title fee for $1170 on a $185,000 30 year HARP refi for a $190K home value.  What is in that?  I don't see any other lenders using these terms so I can not make apples to apples comparisons.  Could these contain hidden fees that I have heard about?

Bank fee can be anything sounds a generic term which would more commonly be called underwriting fee or admin fee. I would advise to focus strictly on your Adjusted Origination Fee and Rate offered on your GFE. The items that comprise Box 1 don't really mean much what matters is the Box A. Title fee is for the title company to insure the transaction and you will have this fee on any loan, amount can vary greatly depending on State and vendor.
