I have been tracking home value for past 2 months and today la dramatic drop?

Last week I checked 2 home values and recorded $264K and $331K on 13 June.  Today I record $220K and $313K respectfully and  the chart does not reflect the old numbers on the graph.   Could someone tell me why the data would swing that much in one week and the graph not reflect the history recorded over the last six months?
