I have been watching MLS 9031928 for a while.

Now it shows pending. Is there a way to find out how much is the pending offer? Thanks.

Hi Olga - this is a wonderful home and I can see why you were watching it!  The gardens are amazing. The home was originally listed on April 24th for $448,500.  On June 14th they dropped the price to $436,900, and accepted an offer on the home on July 3rd.....only 70 days on the market from start date to accepted offer - that's barely more than 1/2 the average market time of 133 days for the Beaverton area according to the RMLS Monthly Market Action Report.  It's taking 30-45 days on average for a sale to close a sale so we're looking at not knowing what it sold for until at around August 3rd give or take a few days.  If you will post a new question sometime after August 3rd asking what this sold for - I'm sure we'll all be happy to check for you and let you know.

Hope this helps answer your questions for now!   Kelly

If this is house you are seriously interested in, you can make an offer.  If it is acceptable, the Seller's Agent would more than likely love to have a "Back Up" offer in hand.  That means you would step into first place should the first Sale fall apart.  Good Luck.

Thanks, Kelly. I tried to mark your answer as the "best" but for some strange reason the application doesn't accept it....

Carla, for the time being I am just "monitoring", watching and learning. On the web this home looked interesting, so when status changed I was curious to find out what was the offer....  When the sale will go through, I will find out.

Just wondering why were were watching this property. Were you waiting for the price to drop? Are you disappointed it went pending?  I'm intrigued to know why you were watching this.  Sometimes buyers wait too long to make on an offer on a good property.  Or, they can low-ball it and not have an accepted offer.

Because the home is still PENDING the price that that particular buyer offered is not made public.  There are many reasons why, but for the most part, the home is NOT sold yet, but still in a pending status.

Just wondered why you were watching it.  Are you disappointed it went pending?  Did you have your eye on it thinking it would drop in price?  Sometimes buyers have a tendency, in this market to wait too long . . . offer too little (low-ball), etc.  The motivation behind your watching this property is intriguing to me.  Care to share?

No. If agents on either side tell, they'd be breeching a fiduciary responsibility.

No, you can not.  Once it is closed then the actual sale price can be ddetermined and looked up by an agent.

I'm pretty sure there is no way outside of asking the agent and generally they should not or will not tell you.  You can find out what the sold price is afterwards, or an agent like myself can find out for you.
