I have land in Angel Fire, NM. I want to list it w/ Zillow By Owner - no agent. How do I do that?

I am having trouble figuring out how to get started listing my property.  I have pictures and have already done research on values.  Do I have to have a listing agent or can I list the property By Owner?

You do not have to have a listing agent.  

If you take your cursor up to the top of the page and hover it over "homes", you will see the option to post for sale by owner.
