I have listings that have sold that still show up as active on zillow.

The status will only allow "pending" or "active".
How do I change to "sold"?
Thanks

Hi Ed -

You may check this video or follow the steps below to change the status of your listing:

1. Go to My Zillow then Listings.
2. Look for the address then click Cancel just next to the Edit button.
3. From there, you may either choose Sold or No longer for sale.

If they are not working, please let us know.

Thank you.
