I have problems on Zillow with posting my photos. The front of the home sometimes isn't always first

Although I make it the first for viewing, it puts 2nd picture as the front of the home, and will not allow me to change it. It appears to have a bug in the system, and I don't know where to go for help through Zillow.  It's done this to me on several of my listings, but not always. Any advice?
