You can use www.postlets.com for free. Postlets will syndicate your listings to other sites in addition to Zillow as well.

Zillow does not get listings directly from most MLSs (of which there are about 700 in the US), therefore, the timing depends on where the broker and/or agent has put the listing on a listing feed that does go to Zillow.
