I typically enter all my listings manually. This also helps to ensure that no errors are published. Ask your agent if they have a Zillow account and can enter the listings.

Zillow does not get listings directly from most MLSs (of which there are about 700 in the US), therefore, the timing depends on where the broker and/or agent has put the listing on a listing feed that does go to Zillow.
