How do you get another Zestimate?   Claim your home and enter the upgrades and additions.   Over the next few weeks, these will be reflected in your Zestimate.

Some things such as a new roof are considered maintenance, but if you are planning to sell do look attractive to a buyer so mention them in the comments sections.

Have someone else do another CMA for you without telling them your upgrades
Compare the two then calculate the cost of your improvements to the increased value of the CMA.
Remember you'll never re-coupe 100% of your investment.
