They may be leases, there are leases being offers by real estate agents and syndicated to zillow. 
Perhaps checking in with the listing agent or calling a buyer's agent.

When a property has an unrealistic price, I'm immediately suspicious that the data feed was corrupted in translation to Zillow.   I investigate it by opening the home detail page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking on the blue listing website.   Almost always I discover this properties are actually for rent.

To avoid rentals sneaking into my search, I set a minimum price when I'm looking for homes for sale.
