The realtor and I have investigated this listing on Zillow.  My realtor does not list with your company or the two realty boards that this property was listed with. This is my second request for removal. Zillow is committing fraud, this property is not for sale. I want it removed today.

You need to be proactive and stop yelling at Zillow for something that the agent Ms. Garrison is responsible to remove. You can contact her directly here. Once she removes that listing from the feed to Zillow it will stop popping up for sale.

Removing that listing is the agent's responsibility. It only takes 1-3 business days to get that done less time than you have spend here. I understand your frustration, but you are the owner take control of your house and demand that agent finish her job.

It doesn't work that way, Zillow feeds through hundreds od different sites. The realtor or someone posted to one of these hundreds of sites that feeds into Zillow. It's not illegal by any means. It's called, the Internet.

@SHM2:    As Visualtour has a relationship with Zillow, yet your agent did not wish to use Zillow, then your agent should avoid using Visualtour or any other site that syndicates with other places you wish to avoid.

Have you checked the link that Zillow pointed out to you? It is a virtual tour, cimplete with schmaltzy muzak, for a listing at 55701 Mitchell Road.

It has the name and contact number of a REA, which I assume you know about.

I am also including a link to this article, on VisualTour's webpage (dated 13 Nov 2007) where VisualTour talks about setting up their bulk feed to Zillow, and specifically identifies ERA as participating/benefiting from the bulk feed.

You may want to double check with your REA.

Martin said that my house would be removed. Again my realtor and the realty boards did not and will not use Zillow. I am a broker and I would never use Zillow. Plus, You have used the wrong picture. That picture is of a shed not of the house. Now my attorney would like the name and address for Zillow corporate attorney.

If you open your property details page, you can see for yourself that the feed mentioned in the previous post is there.   ZIllow does not go out and solicit feeds, they are sent to Zillow at the request of third parties.

So, while you may sound miffed at Zillow, you need to redirect your focus to your agent who apparently doesn't know what is up in data feeds and demand some correction from the agent.

Meanwhile, painting the exterior (especially the door) would add tremendously to the "street appeal" of the property.

Your property is coming from a listing feed here.   As long as it is in a listing feed, it will keep appearing on all sites that get data from that feed including Zillow.  Therefore, you or your agent need to contact the agent with it on visualtours. 


While Zillow can remove it manually, if it in a data feed to Zillow it will keep reappearing.
