I have several questions, can I talk to someone?

1.  I'm trying to change my email for signin and it says already in use - how do I change it?

2.  I went to "my zillow" to look up my listings and there are none.  I'm a realtor and others in my office have their listings showing on "my zillow."

3.  my office supposedly is partnered w/zillow, how do i find out what's available to me?
