I have submitted nearly three dozen quotes without any response, are there any tricks or tips?

Hi Craig,

I think by continuing to quote SD loans, you'll get some contacts.  However from my experience, ZMM homeowners expect local service and very competitive (and accurate) quotes.

Through manual quoting, you should be able to customize each response and make sure you put a very competitive quote in front of the requester.  If your fees are $2,500 higher for the exact same rate than another lender you're not going to get many responses (quote you submitted earlier today).

The auto quoters supposed general figure is 300 quotes per 1 actual loan...so I've heard anyway...

3 dozen is  a small amount of quotes .......with the advent  and the avalanche of the automated quoters, the manual quoter has been buried and relagated to close to zero response ......my opinion is that  you will likely have the same response rate with several  hundred  quotes .
