I would expect that Zillow would take the responsibility to correct a difficulty on a service they are promoting. No answer but one from a customer who had the same problem is irresponsible!

I don't know. When I updated my house, they system logged me out in the middle after about 10 minutes. Everything was erased and I had to start over. That may be happening to you too. Try to do an update to just one section and then log out and see if it sticks. That worked for me. For my owner's description, I typed it into a word processing program and just pasted it in. Just make sure it's not too many characters or the system will not accept it.
I have "taken charge " of my home,. When I try to correct the data, it disappears. Why?
