It's fixable..that can happen easily because your neighbors names show up as possibilities.

What a bother, but no bother really. It is easy to do because the list of possible owners seems to be all the people in the neighborhood, not fictional people.
Simply open the neighbor's home detail page, go to "edit" and click on "release ownership claim". Of course, if you've done some edits already to their home accidentally, return those to what they used to be.

I have the wrong address claimed as my actual home. My neighbors house came up. Yikes!
