The buyers are okay with me compensating them for their cost. But the agent says his brokerage will sue me for his commision.Bank of America had one appraisal done and for some reason it was not accepted.The buyers agent says he wasnot an approved bofa appraiser and he wants to schedule another appraisal.DO I have to allow this second appraisal given this situation where myself and the buyers agreeto terminate the sale and can buyers agent sue me for full commision
