Over 90% of the time, the pictures you posted on Realtor.com will post on Zillow within 48 hours.  The other 10% something happens and it doesn't appear to synch and they don't get uploaded so you have to upload them manually as Bob suggested.

Just go to the listing and under add/edit listing, you'll be able to add or delete, re-arrange photos, change text, etc...
