I just added a second ,one bedroom unit to my home

how do I list this on zillow.  When adding it as a multi family unit, do I list all bedrooms and all bathrooms and sq. footage of the entire building?  Meaning both units?

Dorothy, is the addition permitted?  If you got permits when starting the project, the addition can be recorded in the country tax records.  This is a great benefit because it would mean that your addition is up to code.  But if you are talking about listing it on zillow simply state all the bedrooms as well as bathrooms ans sq footage.  You can always add details in descriptions.  Good luck.
