Hi,
If you both lived in the home as your primary residence for more than a year, than, you both own the home equally.  When you were getting the divorce, the lawyer should have asked how you wanted to split the assets - which would have included the home.
Now, you can talk with your wife and see if she is willing to quit claim her rights to you. (Maybe you can agree to offer her something in return) or if she agrees and you agree, you can sell it and split any money equally, or you can stay in the home and live there, either one of you or both of you, since you both have equal rights to it. But like all things, this is something better handled before you sign papers.  Good luck,
Gerard
