Is that for real??? Three total photos of the house - two of the exterior and one of the disgusting toilet?
Unbelievable!
Unbelievable!

Thanks for reporting this to us.
I have removed the photo posted by the agent to the said property. I have also advised the agent to remove this address from the source of the feed so that it will not be re-posted every time Zillow updates the site or checks the feed.
Thanks.

What a bummer not to get to see what is one of my pet peeves in listing photos. Why can people not put the toilet seat down BEFORE taking the photos? Honestly, what are they thinking? Glad it got noted and removed though because NO ONE needs to see that online. Seriously. Am I the only agent who gets client approval before posting photos?

If you really want to see it, go no further than the listing agents web site as it's still there. $hit for brains?

Well,
Looks like every site that had the listing has now removed the picture of the floating turd.
It was on realtor.com -- now gone
Also the agents listing website as supercub noted, but, now gone.
I'm still debating which is the 'best' listing photo I've ever seen. This one, or, one from a year ago the for the picture of the living room had some dude passed out in the corner (hungover drunk I guess).
Another thing I notice a lot of, especially in SoCal listings is the use of garbage cans as the centerpiece of a picture of the front of the house, especially when they are haphazardly strewn about the yard.

Sorry I missed it, classic.
I also like when people have their pets in the photos...it's like advertising that you'll have to detail the house before you can move in.

I missed it darn. Must have been a really crappy house...

I just don't get it, can't flush the toilet prior to taking pictures of the bathroom?
I understand the house is foreclosed, but, if you're going to take pictures of the bathroom, you can't even flush the toilet prior to doing so?
You want to present this on the MLS, and other real estate sites? Is the floating turd the new way to stage a house?
Or is this some sort of weird refusal to admit the bubble is over, and you want to believe that no effort is needed to sell a house?
Wow
