lol, no gregorio was definitely right, i was slamming your post(s)
a more professional broker wouldn't revive a thread from 10 months ago
(but you did)
nor would he say that the "only good answer" must be delivered in person. it is completely possible to answer a question through this medium completely.
(but you did)
if you have a specific inquiry like credit score, you can suggest the ZMM and have them fill out a create request, ~OR~ you can just ask "hon, i need your credit score and annual income"
(but you did not)
let the buyer beware.(of mortgage brokers who want to communicate offline for no good reason, they want something)
zillow is for the average joe.
(not just pros)
instant gratification, completely anonymous. thats america.
(as in i dont want you to have my e-mail or SS number)
oh and pot? this is my good buddy kettle. kettle, this is pot.
your APR is now: 5.2856 as I stated above. When a broker says that your APR will be 5.8%, it usally means theres a 1 or 2 points added into your loan. Be careful doing business with people like that.

Come on Gregori, we're all professions here
And I'm about to turn off this computer and I see some guy trying to be funny but... as he looks around waiting for a chuckle, anyone he asks... nope, once again he finds himself talking to himself. :)
Mike, he's not evolved enough for a Darwin. As they say ... "the higher a monkey climbs, the more he exposes his a--!"

So I'm sitting here watching my Golden Bears' season go out the window....getting whipped like a red-headed stepchild....and along comes this guy....and I'm feeling so much better all of a sudden...
I wonder if there might be a Darwin Award in his near future

Doug,
You are welcome son. Do you think it was not meant to be commented on? If so don't you believe Zillow would have removed it? Unless you are stating that Zillow is incompetent. Please advise.

Perhaps you didn't understand. Gregori, this is a forum for professions.
What's funny Victor is that you are apparently not even quick enough to understand what NTETS just said, and since you like thanking people for slamming your posts ... I will expect a gift basket delivered to my address sometime very soon!
You are a true classic and will add much joy to everyone that posts here. Keep up the good work.

but you are right, zillow is for the average joe. if you want professional networking, go to linked-in or active-rain/trulia... unfortunately average people come here to be talked to like average people and to participate in a forum where the professionals try to help them, no strings.

Andrew,
Zillow to me is equivilant to a playground of children at play. You will see that the more educated, professional, and humble mortgage professional would never comment on anyone's post. In fact, Professional mortgage consultants are secure in their dealings and not looking to bad mouth or belittle anyone. Consequently, If it were me, I would assist, help, and or motivate our industry and all players in it.
Sincerely,
Victor

Vic,
This thread is from January and the only reason to try and get a client off the threads is so that other lenders can't expose your sales pitch!

Julie,
There are numerous questions first that I would need to know to give you a more define answer. But generally speaking, you can refinance and the cost are $______
Please email me for that answer because If I put it on here... It would be considered "self promoting" as zillow puts it. :)

Wow Julie just wanted to know about an FHA streamline and she ended up with all this bizarre talk about cat nip, criminal history, some pee game on the wii (my son would like that one - maybe it could help his aim?), scratching your butt, personal experience or lack thereof, bashing back and forth and who knows what else. Guess we won't be seeing her on here EVER again after her first experience. I actually found this whole thing kinda comical as no one here can be serious right? I never get on the threads because it seems like a colossal waste of time - guess I was right.

The funny thing is, I just got through saying to a fellow mortgage pro, 'I bet it was Tammy'. Tammy, I hope they boot you off of here. That was really below the belt, and childish.Â
Thanks for the support guys! True colors start showing when everyone else is heading for the hills.Â
Now I don't have to waste any more of my morning fighting off ludicrous attacks.Â
Goodbye, Tammy.Â

I just got a FHA in Sept.08 can I get a lower rate this soon and what would it cost?
