I would also like to add that it helps having your home information up to date. You are able to take ownership of your home on the website and there are helpful tools to update your home's core facts (beds, baths, square footage).
You can also take advantage of "Owner's Comments" and let others know your opinion about the Zestimate. You can include details about the property you think should highlight its features so others can see a fuller picture of the home and substantiate what you believe should be its value. In the coming months, we plan to bring back online our "Owner's Estimate" tool. This tool allows owners to create their own estimate by including other details of the home that were not factored in the Zestimate. The tool went offline due to improvements we are making.
Bottomline, Zestimate is only a guide, a starting point when researching home values. If you want a more accurate estimate of the home, you can request from your local realtor to provide you a CMA.

The best thing for you to do is to contact your local Real Estate agent who is familiar with your neighborhood. They will be able to provide you with an accurate up to date Value of your home.
