The master is on the main level along with a bathroom. The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms and a bonus room. The house has 2032 square feet and is currently listed for 230K. I hope all the info helps!

Yes, there are two bathrooms downstairs, one up, and the master bedroom is downstairs.  That house looks like a very good deal.  It is a short sale, so make sure you are dealing with an experienced agent!  $230K is a very reasonable price for that home.
