yes, they do have a float down option.....they already told me that. What that person was talking about with closing costs doubling is beyond me..........I just went and lookd at the GFE, and nothing doubled.

Yes, ask your lender.  I've heard of some lenders saying that it can drop once without being charged for it.  It's really up to them.

Ask your lender if they have a float down option. Usually it will cost .50 point or more, some lenders don't charge anything.
