       1. Enter your address in the search box, then click "Go"
       2. Click the address link to go to the Home Details Page(HDP) for                 the property
       3. Under the Zestimate go to Create Estimate.
Zestimate is an estimate (soo if it's too low or high of your expectations).

If you want a real value of a property hire a licensed appraiser.
